Job Description:General Responsibilities: This position provides consultation and technical support to both internal and external customers regarding POS/PC equipment, Networks, and enterprise/mainframe systems. This support includes receiving technical trouble calls, troubleshooting and diagnosing the cause, logging details, solving, escalating and following up on problem calls. This position also includes providing excellent customer service to company employees. Hours: Wed. - Sat., 5:30am - 4pm
