Job Description:Vision-Ease Lens is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of polycarbonate lenses. We are seeking an individual to operate the injection molding machines to produce quality product. The position is nights, 6 pm - 6 am, rotating weekends.
As a Mold Setup you will be responsible for proper documentation of processes and proper documentation on all SPC's and assistance in resolving NODs created during the shift. You will be expected to particiapte in Factory experiements and designs of experiments as required by the supervisor. this includes any applicable documentation, written summaries, graphs, test parameters, etc. You will be expected to perform minor reparis to equipment as needed to continue operation of production processes.
This position requires an individual with a HS diploma or GED with 1 year technical college a plus. Minimum 2 years prior injection molding experience - additional employment experiences may be considered in place of injection molding e.g., CNC experience.
