Job Description:The qualified candidate will provide desktop support services for all LSS computers and related hardware and software. Working in a team environment, this position is responsible for supporting approximately 700 computers located throughout the state of Minnesota. Our network consists of 13 WAN sites as well as approximately 180 offices and group homes that are connected to the network via High Speed Internet or Dialup Connections. Two years of related technical support experience. Requires advanced knowledge and experience in a wide range of technology platforms and systems. Extensive knowledge of Windows XP, Office 2003, High Speed Internet connectivity, and PC hardware in a networked environment is preferred.
